Guardian Secures Series A Financing
Proceeds From Oversubscribed Round to Drive New Product Development
and Expand Sales Efforts
SANTA MONICA, Calif., February 2, 2004 - Guardian Mobile Monitoring Systems, Inc., the leading provider of GPS-based, mobile security solutions for the security alarm monitoring industry, is pleased to announce the closing of its Series A round of financing. The round was led by leading software executives located in the Vancouver and Los Angeles business communities.

This funding will be used for new product development on Guardian's patent-pending mobile monitoring system, which was commercially released in January 2004. In addition, proceeds will be used to expand the number of distribution partnerships within the security alarm monitoring industry.
